Encounter Error while Installing of ACS 4.1 from ACS3.32

Hi,

Would appreicate input as currently I encounter error message " The existing installation was no removed correctly, Do you want to try again or abort this installtion" What is the souldtion as I retry the same message appear,

Try these steps

Go to System Configuration, System Control.

On the Services Log File Configuration, check Manage Directory and select "Keep only the last ____ files" . Change the value of this parameter from 7 to 3.

After changing the value, hit Restart.
