Erasing startup config on C8300 in Controller mode

Every command I know to erase the startup config is only available in Autonomous mode. Is there a way to clear the running config in Controller mode without swapping between these modes?

I believe you are talking about Cisco 3800 series AP. You can use below CLI command

AP#capwap ap erase all
