Hello guys, could you help me with a problem? I had some problems where some laptops are unable to connect or authenticate (802.1x and PKS). However, after enabling random hardware addresses for wifi on windows, it was possible to connect. Does anyone know if it is some feature or incorrect security configuration?

- For the security solution in place , check it's logs when the particular MAC tries to authenticate.

When the laptop try to connect, for exemple in 802.1x the username and password options do not appear. So... in this case neither the logs were possible to collect, as it did not go through the wlc.
i try collect logs with: debug client <MAC>

Seems like maybe you have client exclusion enabled and maybe the mac address was placed on the exclusion list. Other than that, you shouldn't need to have enable that feature, but since you had to, check the exclusion. You can also delete the wireless profile on the device and create it again.
