Error 11250 after PI upgrade to 3.5

Hi,

Recently we upgraded our PI to version 3.5. Since then every time I open a finished map I'm presented with the error message "Error 11250. The text style "label_ap_controlled" could not be found in the general configuration." I'm unable to locate this area and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

 - Does this error remain in place when using different (but supported) browsers ?

This error persists through multiple browsers on different computers.

Then it could be database corruption. I suggest you open a TAC for this issue.

It's sometimes required to clear the browser cache after an PI upgrade. Please test this, or as marce1000 suggested, another supported browser.

On my Firefox - Clear Data... fixed the problem.

Fixed my issue when I went from 3.3 to 3.4

clearing browser cache worked for me after upgrading from 3.2 to 3.7
