Hi
I will preface this by saying that I am just recently approaching the Cisco world for work.
Please bear with me
I am having a problem with ap 2600 series
A customer bought them used to install them in his garden.
Then he called me for installation
But I can't understand much as I can only change only some parameters ,ssd ,pw other changes no when I go to save it appears error 404
Why does this happen?

There is no new version that will fix this problem, and 3502/2602/2702/3702... it is End Of Support and End of Life.
You can try to search for JF10 and downgrade with that version and most of the things ( but not all, for example: mcs rate ) will work to be configured from web browser and after you finished and you are happy you can upgrade to latest one.
