I am getting a client that is loosing association and I am given a specific error code of 8411. Anyone else have a idea what this code means? I have done a search on google, cisco and a couple other various search engines and found nothing on this issue.

I think the error message radio error 8411 can be an due to some security violation.
If you have enabled WEP, sometimes this error can occur because of some corrupted packet with a corrupted WEP key.
Try turning off the WEP if you have enabled it and then check whether the error appears again.
Also, which is the firmware version you are using? If it is some older versions such as 8.53, try upgrading it to some newer versions such as 8.80.
Hope this might help.

not running WEP and firmware version 8.8, tried reverting back to version 8.65 then back to 8.8 and getting the same error.
