Error when disable 802.11a radio

Hello, i need a help, when i try disable the 802.11a radio the attached error appears.

Try to set the TX power level fist on the AP hit apply and then disable the radio.

I realize that the  "802.11a Power Status" was Automatic, then i change to Disable and put the number 1 on Current TX Level, and works fine.
