EWC 9130AX Software Update - Not Enough Storage Space

Hi,

I want to update my C9130AX EWC from 17.12.4 to 17.15.3.

But now it shows up a Failure "Not Enough Storage Space to Hold Controller Image". 

After that I tried many steps 

• Reload AP
• delete old logs and other not important old files
• install remove inactive

 

Nothing helps!

Any advice for me! Many thanks!

  - @hertlcrs     You will have to scrutinize if there is anything left to clean up  or do a factory default reset and
                        install the needed software then restore your config.

Ok, thanks for your reply.
Thats what I thought.
Can you please explain me in some words, how the steps are to Factory reset the C9130 and install the EWC Software again?!

A factory reset helped!
