Hello guys,

Please I need help, I want to connect this new laptop to company WIFI acces point but it does not want to connect and when I opened the wlc I found this below. So what can I do ?

 - 1) Perform client (mac based) debugging on the controller, you can have these analyzed with https://cway.cisco.com/tools/WirelessDebugAnalyzer/ , 2) Use advisory software release on the particular controller model https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/wireless-lan-controller-software/200046-tac-recommended-aireos.html 3) Verify the particular state (result) for the client 802.1x authentication  on the radius server (logs) 4) Make sure the client wireless drivers are up to date and or upgrade if needed.
