Export Maps from DNA Center to DNA Spaces

Hi,

Is there any clear procedure on how I can export my maps from DNA Center and import it to DNA Spaces.  It's asking to a tgz file which I do not know where I could get from.  Thanks in advance.

If you are running DNA-C 2.1.2.3 or above, automatic sync of DNA-Spaces should happen.

This is working for me, but I've open a TAC case because automatic sync is taking ages, only having half the hierarchy in the last 2 months.

We've not upgraded our DNAC yet and we're current on 1.3.3.4.  Anyway that I can manually export it?
