I am in the process of installing a new wireless network in our offices and I was wondering if I can add an extension to the cable that connects my AIR-ANT-1728 to my AIR-CAP-3502e AP to get better coverage in our offices?

You can, but you need to keep the antenna withon 3 wavelenghts from each other.... you can't space them like 10' feet apart.
Thanks,
Scott

So if I put the antennas 50 feet yards (150 Ft) I should be fine?

You are talking about distance between the antennas correct, or just extending the cable...
Thanks,
Scott
