We have customer who have intergrated Guest access with External Web Authentication (Guest user will be redirected to 3rd party managed splash portal).The customer is using flexconnect deployement running vWLC with firmware 8.0 and 3502i AP at branch location for flexconnect. They basically followed this configuration guide

The customer want to know if they can configure bandwidth limitation for individual Guest user and charge them based on usage. For example user can have free internet access upto 50mb and if they want to continue they would have to pay. I searched on cisco configuration guide and they have solution when using Cisco ISE or ACS. But in this scenario authentication for the AP will be managed by 3rd party radius and ACS or ISE is not available. 3rd party will be managing Internet plan for user. I wanted to know if configuration of this scenario is possible? Is there any documentation for configuration assitance?
