Factory reset - Cisco WLC 3500

I have a question about the cisco WLC3500, if I perform a factory reset on the WLC3500 controller, will the permanent licenses that are in it be lost?

From my screenshot, it's just put the quantity in the box and hit set count. it should add a permanent license at that time. I have a test 3504, 1st is me with just the eval license and add 150 to the box. 2nd is after clicking set count and it added 150 permanent.
