Flexconnect AP not joining Controller

Hi Community ,

I have some flexconnect APs in remote side . But they are not able to join controller  5508 (7.6) and flexconnect is also showing down in PI.

Any reason ??

Thanks for your reply .

Scenario is that we have 2 controllers in HQ . Controllers running  IOS code 7.6 . APs are 1242 LAP .  They were working fine just one week ago . But now I can see them they are not in the controller , though up . When I checked in PI , Flexconnect status showing down . Hope this will help .

HI Adam,

Sorry for delayed response . 

I could see that later on that those AP showing in "downloading state" in  other Controller . Once taken Console of one of the AP , AP showing  frequently rebooting .
