Flexconnect AP's not showing up in Prime 2.2.0

We have an issue with Flexconnect AP's not showing up in Prime. We have an AIR-CT8510-K9 controller running 8.3.122.0 code and are using AIR-CAP2702I-E-K9 AP's. They are working as they should be but we can't see them in Prime.  This model of AP is configured elsewhere (none Flexconnect) and they show up in Prime no problem but the Flexconnect AP's only show a mac address under Flexconnect AP Groups, both ip address and AP name both show as n/a. Has anyone seen this before?

Not sure if they are already supported on your PI version. Have you installed the latest updates and more importantly Device Packs?
Device Packs usually add support for newer devices and special configuration modes, like Flexconnect on a 2702. It would be stated in the release notes of the Device Pack.
Please note, PI 2.2 has reached end of software updates in 2016.
See here for details:

And in that document open the Excel file.

Thanks for the response and for the info. It looks like that could potentially be the issue as its running DP 3.0 which is some way behind the latest. The compatibilty matrix for 2.2 says the controller is supported but under devices supported in DP 9.0 it says - NOTE : Full device support will be available from Cisco Prime Infrastructure 2.2.2. There doesn't seem to be any specific mention of Flexconnect anywhere so an upgrade to a minimum of 2.2.2 and the latest DP would appear to be a sensible place to start. I'll put this forward to the guys this device belongs to and mark your answer accordingly once they either perform the upgrade and/or respond. Again, thanks for the info. Much appreciated.
