Flexconnect local switching, Central authentication in wlc 9800

Flexconnect local switching, Central authentication is configured in wlc 9800. How traffic will works.

WLC configured as a 802.1x for enduser, means authentication traffic should come wlc through capwap and other client traffic should switched locally ?
