Flexconnect Network With IP Static for wireless clients

Hello Experts.

I hope everything goes fine for everyone, I would like to ask for your help. Still I don’t have clear the scenario but a client is having problem with its wireless network. Just to be clear I didn’t participate in the design theme for this network, but I will try to explain it.

They have 8 Flexconnect Wireless Network, the nine has an issue and we’re thinking that could be because in this site they use static IP for wireless clients.

So this new wireless network is doing local switching, the WLAN is mapped to WLC’s management interface. In the remote site they are using 2 subnets one for Wireless management equipment and other for wireless clients. For management equipment exist and DHCP pool, For wireless cliente they have only the SVI in the Switch and VLAN Layer 2.

the AP port configuration is the next:

interface GigabitEthernet3/0/1
description conectado a AP PISO 1- 6
switchport trunk native vlan 18
switchport trunk allowed vlan 18,30
switchport mode trunk
spanning-tree portfast trunk

In the WLC, the AP that belongs to this branch; in Flexconnect tab in section "Native VLAN" is using 18 and in the option then in VLAN mapping option they choose the SSID and in ID VLAN 30.

I will attach some screenshots...

For Switch side this is the main configuration for management subnet:

ip dhcp excluded-address 10.239.251.1 10.239.251.10

ip dhcp excluded-address 10.239.251.129 10.239.251.139
ip dhcp excluded-address 10.195.18.241
!

ip dhcp pool WLAN_ADMON
network 10.195.18.240 255.255.255.240
default-router 10.195.18.241
option 43 hex f104.0af3.21d2
!

interface Vlan18
description WIRELESS_ADMINISTRACION
ip address 10.195.18.241 255.255.255.240

!
vlan 18
name WIRELESS_ADMON
!

This is the main configuration for wireless Clients:

!
interface Vlan30
description WLAN_Viad
ip address 10.239.250.1 255.255.255.128
!

vlan 30
name WLAN_Viad
!

As you can see there is no DHCP pool, because for some reason that I don’t know yet, they’re  using static IPs.

Do you have some advice?

Thanks in ahead...
