Flexible Radio Assignment in an RTLS environment

Hi Everyone,

We are a large RTLS hospital environment and have this feature enabled.  However, we're not sure how it's going to impact our RTLS, for example, how will we know whether certain perimeter 2.4Ghz radios will be converted to 5Ghz, and how will that impact the RTLS accuracy.  Does anyone have any experience with this?  Any suggestions?

Thanks...

RTLS doesn't like "automatic" settings. It's always static power, static channel and static radio (it's either 2.4 Ghz or 5.0 Ghz).
Unless you've got the new Arista badges, you pretty much design the wireless network as if the APs are not controller-based by disabling the "self healing" feature and dumbing the APs down.
