Hello for everybody.

Is it possible to find full info about HA from two wlc-3504, using cli.

I need to know serial and mac address of the second wlc in ha. When i connect to main wlc, using cli i can see only info rom main wlc, but not for second one.

Take a look at this thread as it may help.  Why not capture all this info prior to the SSO configuration?  You should also be able to get this from console or fail over to the secondary and capture the info and then you can fail it back to the primary.

Thanks for answer.

I lnow this way with console connection to secondary wlc, but in my case its impossible.

I can try only ssh to the secondary wlc...

I would failover to the secondary and gather the information you need.  It's up to you if you want to fail it back as some like to know which is the active and others don't care which is the active.  With SSO there isn't any impact so its pretty easy to do.  You can try to SSH, but if you are running tacacs, then you might not be able to connect unless you change the authentication to local then tacacs and then use a local account.  You can then change it back to tacacs then local when you are done.

Ssh works fine even with tacacs authentication.

Incorrect usage. Use the '?' or <TAB> key to list commands.

(Cisco Controller-Standby) >show inventory

Great that is works... previous code versions didn't work, so at least that is fixed.

I tried with 8.5.140.0 and 8.5.105.0

Thanks for sharing. I did find an old post stating 8.2.150.x and later code versions where it was fixed. Been a while:)
