Gigabit Interface on C9800-CL gets many rx_q0_errors

Hi. On my C9800-CL-universalk9.17.09.04a I often got alarms about high input error rate:

-  GigabitEthernet2 is up, line protocol is up
-    198009883 input errors, 0 CRC, 0 frame, 0 overrun, 0 ignored
-    rx_errors 198009883
-    rx_q0_errors 198009883

What is rx_q0_errors?
What causes these errors?
How these would affect users communications?
How to get rid of them (correction)?

 - Looks to me more related to the surrounding hypervisor , and vm machine instance (9800cl) installation , check on hypervisor for networking problems through event logs  (e.g.) ; are you using a supported hypervisor environment ?

 Appendix (but important) : have a checkup of the C9800-CL configuration with the CLI command show tech wireless and feed the output to : Wireless Config Analyzer
