Exact behavior desired is Guest WLAN clients will see a webpage built-in to the controller that will warn them of our policy, but they will not have to enter a password--they will only need to click on an accept button. Is that doable on the 5508 running latest recommended code?
Which of these provides that setting:
Passthrough
Conditional Web Redirect
Splash Page Web Redirect
What else is required for the configuration?

yep, absolutely. Download the webauth bundle, and as Scott mentions use the web passthrough page.
