Guest and Admin Network not communicating wireless

What should be the reason if guest and admin network has no communication between them .

isn't that good ? for security reasons, you want keep them apart. right?  Guest network is for your guest while other internal LANs like admin, HR, Accounting, RD, etc are not and should not be accessible by  guests ever!
