Guest server browser error

Does anyone

know what would cause some clients to get this brower error when access the NAC Guest server sponser page?

"400 Bad request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

The NAC server has this error in the HTTPS log.

request failed: error reading the headers

Are you using Kerberos on Nac?

Then there is this bug: CSCtc26885 NAC Guest server sponsor AD SSO can fail with large kerberos tickets
