Our guest wireless will allow users to associate but it will not
re-direct to the login page. We get the error page cannot be
displayed. If we add the 1.1.1.1 into the browser it
connects to the login page. We have tried to regenerating new Certs,
changed the dns entry for that subnet and we also removed and
reconfigured the guest WLAN .The problem resolves itself after a while
only to come back every couple of weeks. Any Ideas? AP's are LWAP with
4400 Controllers.

Verify DNS resolution is working. The controller will redirect to the webauth login page when it sees the HTTP GET request from the client. The client has to resolve DNS first before it sends this request. The controller will allow DNS traffic through even before the client is authenticated.
