HA License requirment in WLC 5508

Hi,

I need to configure 2 WLC's 5508 model in HA. I have only 29 licenses with my active WLC. Is it possible to configure HA?
I heard we need at-least 50 license to do HA for WLC 5500 series. Also my product version in 7.6. We don't need extra licenses as the requirement is only 22. Is the requirement of 50 license only for 7.3 or 7.4 IOS versions/all the versions require the same?
