My access point 1042 series in lightweight mode reloads itselft everytime it booting, sometimes it boot succesfully, so what can be the reason guys, thank you

Do you have console output form AP? That will be very helpful to disgnose.

I think your AP sometimes is not able to find the WLC so it keeps rebooting. when it finds WLC it just join it. If not it will keep rebooting everytime it does not find a valid WLC to join.
This is just a guess. If you can provide console output from AP and (if possible) logs from WLC that will be better to know the reason.
