Hi all,
I have some APs and use them as autonomous AP (AIR-AP1231G-X-K9; AIR-AP1252AG-X-K9; AIR-SAP2602I-X-K9). I'm planning to buy some more AP with WLC. But, I can not sure that, my APs can be converted to LWAPP or not? ( may be I have to buy license for the converting) and which WLC can support AP that after converted. Any one can help me. Thank you very much.
Regards,
Dang.

You know your plan won't work.
AP1230's final firmware for the WLC is 7.0.X while the minimum WLC software for the 2600 is 7.4.X. So this means that either your 1230 or 2600 will work in a controller-based wireless environment.

Since you've got the 1230, you might as well use the Convertion Tool.
