Help with Nokia D211 Card and Cisco AP1200/1100

Have to setup a Cisco AP1200 or 1100 to work together with Nokia D211 Card. Have tried almost everything, but nothing seems to work.

Nokia C110 client fails to associate with Aironet AP1200 with 802.11g radio (MP21G)

The following is the workaround,

If another 802.11b compliant client is successfully associated with the AP (such

as a 350 client adapter), then the Nokia C110 adapter will succeed in the association.

sorry I can't find any bug with that number?
