high utilization on AP Cisco

Hi Forum,

I would like to share my issue, hope you can share if you face a same issues.

I have an AP which is the Utilization Channel is higher, but Tx level is low. I assume that maybe in those channel have many AP and intefering each other. Any suggest/comment on this issues i appreciate it.

solved by disabled low data rate regarding our issue because we implemented many AP on many user on site.

How many SSID do you have currently enabled on the AP?

We have 3 ssid that enabled on AP. Is it impact with the channel utilization?

3 SSIDs should have minimal impact on CU.  Is the AP running controller-based or autonomous IOS?

I assume we are talking about 2.4 ? What is the lowest mandatory rate set at ?

Hi,

Yes were talking 2,5 Ghz, do you mention about 802.1 b/g/n? Yes, only this radio/freq have high utilization, 802.1 a/n doesnt.
