I have a Cisco WAP. It is up and running...has been for several months. That's the problem. It's been so long since I've had to access the device I can't remember how I did it before. I'm pretty sure it was using a web browser. But I don't remember the IP address and I've used two different network scanning programs to try and discover the IP address with no luck. It's just not showing up. But I know it's there!!!
If I accessed it via a utility program, I don't remember the name of the program and I don't see anything on my programs menu that I think would be correct. Can someone help me access this WAP please or point me in the right direction for locating any utility programs I may need.
Thank you.

Hi There,
I once used the IPSU and it worked for me:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/wireless/access_point/350/quick/guide/AP350QS.html#wp28756
You can also download it from here:
The only problem is that you need the MAC address.
Also, have you tried checking the switch cdp neighbors ? Show cdp neighbors detail
Good luck

Thank you Raga.
Yes, I had the MAC address so the IPSU utility program got exactly what I needed.
