How do I reset my Cisco Wireless Roter

I received a Linksys by Cisco Wireless Router from a client that no longer needed it. It's a model WRT320N.

I am a novice and need some help doing a reset if the device so I can use it.

He hasn't used it in a while and doesn't know the password.

I can see the User ID but that's it.

Any help would be extremely appreciated.

1. Hold the reset button on the back panel of the Linksys router for 30 seconds. ...
2. When you access the router utility ( 192.168.1.1/ 192.168.0.1)  to change the router settings from the default values, be sure to leave the User name field blank and enter admin in the Password field.
