Access point height is different from antenna height when using external antennas. Cisco does recommend an access point with internal antennas not be about 25’. So you are pretty close to their recommendations. However, you should survey as newer AP’s and external antennas might have more downtilt which still gives coverage below. A survey or even testing a few will give you a better idea which will work better in your environment.

yes generally you can, there is no real limitation but....the result will depend on other conditions in the surrounding environment

if it is a single access point in an open space , then you should not have many difficulties, but coverage area may be little smaller then in an office environment
it it is a warehouse with lots of metal storage frames, then signal may be seriously influenced
if you install multiple access points in this space then they may "hear" each other very hard and reduce radiated power,
while not hearing the clients on the floor

again generally it will work, but for best results you need to  have a site-survey  performed

You want a sure-fire answer? Get a wireless site survey done.
That's it.

Hi Scott,

Thank you for your answer . I think so . In Case Similar Warehouse store . It should External AP for this case

There is no right or wrong answer here. I a warehouse, you can probably have both types, an ap with internal antennas or external antenna type AP’s. The benefit to have an experienced engineer survey the areas is because they probably have experience with what works in what environments and have also used various types of external antennas and have them available during the survey. Usually you know what type of ap along with what model antenna after the survey has been completed, not before.
