To all cisco gurus,

I am first time Cisco user and struggling configuring the Cisco AP.

I have connected the Cisco AP with PoE Switch. The AP is in operational state LED Alternating between Green and Red as per user manual

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/wireless/access_point/9120ax/quick/guide/ap9120ax-getstart.html#pgfId-69227

The device gets the IP address from the PoE switch which is also configured as DHCP server.

Cisco AP (192.168.127.1) <------PoE--------> Switch <-------- LAN---------> PC (192.168.127.2)

PC can ping to AP [OK]

Access AP web GUI does not working either http and https://192.168.127.1

any help would be highly appreciable.

Thank you for your help in advance

  - @AMJAD BADAR    The access point is in client mode (CAPWAP) and then it can only attach and or join a controller which handles it's operations (there will be no GUI in this case).

                                   You can convert the access point to standalone called embedded wireless controller (EWC) in this case ,checkout : https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/wireless/embedded-wireless-controller-on-catalyst-access-points/215303-embedded-wireless-controller-conversion.html

                                                                  (if desired)
