How to Bypass TACACS and Use LOCAL to log into WLC

I have configured my companies wireless controller to use TACACS and changed the priority order to use TACACS and then use Local. Now I am locked out of the wireless controller. I can see on the TACACS server that it is authenticating the wireless controller, but for some reason I am not gaining access. Is there a way to bypass TACACS and use the local database to log into the controller?

Hi

  Somehow you need to interrupt the communication between WLC and TACACS. 

 If the WLC does not receive any answer from TACACS after few attempts, it will switch to local auth.

 You can try delete the WLC as a client on the TACACS server as well.
