How to Change the IP Address on my Cisco 2901 Integrated Services Router?

I have a Cisco 2901 Integrated Services Router that has the default IP address of 192.168.0.1 but I am also running a 2nd router that has the same default IP address.  How do I change the IP address on my Cisco 2901 Integrated Services Router?

Simply log on to router & change the interface (gigabit ethernet or loopback interface)IP address that conflicting with each other.
