HOW TO CONFIGURE QoS FOR VOICE on AIR-AP1242AG-A-K9

I need to configure QoS on the accesspoint AIR-AP1242AG-A-K9. The problem is that traffic of voice from my softphones ( installed on 5 laptos connected by the accesspoint to my network). the traffic of voice have bad quality.
I think I should configure QoS on access point in order to improve el traffic of voice
Please, help me

Yes, you can configure QoS on the AP for the voice traffic.. that should help
