We have a AIR-AP2802I-E-K9 access point that we're managing remotely, the access point is off-site. We need to reboot the access point via the controller.
I can see an option under the General tab when I click into the access point which states 'Hardware reset- perform a hardware reset on this AP' I just want to confirm if that is the option to reboot the access point?
We don't want it to lose it's configuration otherwise it will involved a visit to site.
