how to solve slow browsing when connecting to wireless networks?

in the network we have 2 wlc AIR-CT5520-K9 and AP's AIR-CAP1602I-A-K9, AIR-CAP2702E-A-K9, AIR-CAP3702E-A-K9 among others, some users show slowness when connecting to the wireless networks, does anyone know of any procedure to solve slow browsing when connecting to wireless networks? please!

You first have to identify whom is complaining, what devices they have, including the NIC hardware and firmware. Also what aps are they connected to when they have issues, what band, etc. Then you need to look at the data and try to see if you can identify common variables.
