how to Using an extincting AP Configuring

I have a used AP(Mr33).To configure I first reset the ap then I went to the Meraki dashboard with a new account. When I tried to add the AP as a new device. When I typed the serial number it said its already in use

where did you acquire this AP from? it's claimed in someone else's dashboard.
