Hello Ricardo,
as i see you mentioned PC with FTP.
for this procedure please make sure you have PC with TFTP , not FTP.
also if it is running TFTP , make sure of following:
1) no antivurs on this PC running
2) no firewall that may block AP connection
3) the image file is located in the root directory of this TFTP

At the moment I am with the following scenario:
I am using FTP server and it works.
Antivirus enabled.
Firewall disabled.
Image file is in the root directory.
I'll correct the same and let you speak.

Tftpd32 application was used.
Image File (C1200-k9w7-tar.123-7.JA3.tar) root directory.
Antivirus disabled.
Firewall disabled.
