I can't use Config terminal in 1142N AP

Hi Guys,

I have AP 1142N Model and I can't go to config terminal, but I have another 1142N AP and I can type config terminal!!

Strange! what is the problem? I connected all AP with WLC 5508

Hi Mohammad,

Lightweight Access Points (APs joined to a WLC) are normally 'locked down' as you generally alter manage them via the WLC. If you do require local global configuration mode you can enter it through the following hidden command:

debug capwap console cli

This will allow you to use commands normally restricted.
