Currently my company using an old 2504 WLC with running an old OS(7.2.103.0) and i found that my device can't connect to wireless connection. it just happened to my device, and other user is working fine. I've tried to debug my mac on WLC and i found the result as follow :

No dynamically excluded clients.

i believe that i've got this due to exclusion policy list..but i've tried to uncheck the policy and reconnect but as you can see above that my mac wasn't listed on exclusion list on wlc....should it be caused by bug? any workaround to resolve this without upgrading the OS?
NOTE : i've tried to create an OPEN SSID(no auth) on WLC and connect with it but it's remains a same result ( the exisiting SSID are using ACS as AAA )
