This is a first question with me in Cisco Support Commnity.
I have issuse about the repeater endpoint work with WLC 4400.
For the solution i would like to use repeater endpoint connect to LAP-1131
I am not sure that WLC 4400 model can support for the repeater solution or not ?
Should have the license in WLC for repeater endpoint ?
Thank you

Hello,
And welcome to CSC. Sorry to inform you but the WLC does support "repeaters". You will want to look at MESH or perhaps WGB.
I hope this helps ...

No special licenses fo rmesh. You can either use a reguar AP in MESH mode or puchase a purpose built mesh ap like the 1524 or 1550. These use regular controller licenses.
You can not to a repeater at all. None...
You can do a workgroup bridge.

If you want to do a repater, you will need to do autonmous ...
Make sense?

I glad to see the helpful answers.
Let me explain about the repeater in my solution.
Repeater is a linksys RE1000.
We would like to use this model to repeater with LAP1131 the existing one.
Refer to this solution we should buy the license for RE1000 or not ?
Or if you would like to do this solution LAP1131 existing one should be convert IOS to Autonomous or not ?

Here , again, you can not REPEAT.
Are you trying to extend the wireless coverage to a area that doesnt have coverage today?
If so, they you may want to use a mesh AP or a 1131 in MESH mode.
Remove REPEATER from your vocabulary with the Cisco WLC. You can not repeat with a WLC. You can MESH ...
