Incorrect acces using a customized web authentication page

I have a cisco 5508 wireless controller with 7.6.100.0 software version installed. I use the Web Authentication type with default web page that I modified to add my company logo. My problem is that the system only take the username to authenticate the user, even if the password is incorrect. can anybody help find a solution ?

means there is problem in html code.

Try to upload webauth bundle provided by cisco and then try to modify it.

Yes it's better 1st try by uploading the webauth bundle and make customization on it and then try.
