Hello All

inquiry on AP please share your expert opinion

1. AP 3700 - can this AP work on POE switches or need POE+
   
2. while ordering AP 3600 series or AP 3700 series AP - is it must to mention requires external Antennas or its part of AP purchase
   
3. Power Injector AIR-PWRINJ4= ( does this support AP 3600 and AP 3700 )

Hi Sandy,

1. Yes It can work but is is recommaned to use a Power injector.

When deployed using a Power over Ethernet (PoE) specification, the power drawn from the power sourcing equipment will be higher by some amount dependent on the length of the interconnecting cable.

(Cisco AP3700 power injectors (AIR-PWRINJ4=))

2. U must mention requirement for external antenna according to your deployment scneario.

3. power injectors (AIR-PWRINJ4=)) -- this support both AP(3600 and 3700).
