install catalyst 9115 axi-e first time

I want to install the named catalyst Access point at the very first time.

How will I manage ?

In the first video the LED comes up to stay green. But my device is changing "red-out-green-out/pause". 

I have an injector for PoE - there is an RJ45 for PoE and an RJ45 for LAN. The PoE-cable is switched to the 9115. 

The 9115 comes up and gets flashing in the described way. Is there something wrong ?

 - I think it (still) has a powering problem. Probably insufficient power. Attach a console and scrutinize the boot process, or else connect (SSH) just after boot and issue the command show logging , look for errors related to power.

Like what @Mark Elsen mentioned, attach the output from the console. That will show you what is wrong. if you don’t have a co troller, you need to make sure the ap is EWC capable. This means that the EWC image is installed. 
Also take a look at this for reference for identifying what image is on the ap and how to convert it to EWC if needed.
