Install for Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client not working on OSX Mavericks (10.9.5)

I'm trying to install the Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client on my Mac. My OSX is Mavericks 10.9.5

I get the following message when trying to install:

The Cisco Anyconnect Secure Mobility Client I'm trying to install is version 3.1.06073. 

Would anyone know what version would work in Mavericks or how to upgrade the version I currently have downloaded?
