I use WLC as internal DHCP server, pool is defined, but when I double click the SSID: test01(internal WLAN SISD), it can't establish the connection

config is attached, in the switch side, I didn't setup 10.10.32.254 and vlan 32

how to resolve my problem for internal wlan connection?

Hi,

Did you define the RADIUS server or internal local eap on wlc to authenticate user?

Did you enter the WLC management interface ip as dhcp ip on dynamic interface configuration?

at this time, I 'm trying  internal local eap on wlc to authenticate user, any steps need to setup, I only create local net user, is it enough?

Hello,

If you check your client state see if it say 802.1X_REQ. You can do this by doing a search by the client mac address and checking the client info.

Of you can do a show client detail on the CLI.

If it says 802.1X_REQ its your radius setup.

Here is guide for your review for local eat set up.

I didn't setup Radius and EAP. I only create local net user internal1/1234, and in switch, I create vlan 32 and assign IP. when the laptop connect my SSID: internal, it prompts user id/password, then I enter internal1/1234, but it keeps prompt the user id/password logon and didn't establish the connection

any idea?

What wlan are we talking about ? The one WLAN shows 802.1X. The other is guest.

I'm talking about wlan test01, sorry for type"internal01", let me know you need add. info

Test01 is configured for 802.1X, correct ? That's what the images shows. If that's the case then you need to config a radius server.

I suspect what you are seeing is because when you configure 802.1X the controller is asking you for a login to send to the radius server. Which isn't set up.

Hi,

Try to setup wpa2/psk and try to connect to connect a client.

if you are using local EAP on wlc then use these post for configuration:
