Is it possible to set up a management SSID and having specific WAP's only offer up this SSID. I need to make sure the wireless is going to work for our executive manager no matter where our manager is in the building.

Sure, with Cisco APs you can set up multiple SSIDs. Are you using LWAPP or autonomous?
