Hi,
does anyone know how to assign a dedicated management VLAN other than BVI1/VLAN1 to a Cisco 2700 series IOS access point?
At the moment we are using the default BVI1, which maps to VLAN1:
interface BVI1
ip address 192.168.0.1 255.255.255.0
no ip route-cache
However, VLAN1 is our normal data network, and we would like to put the AP into a different, dedicated management VLAN (i.e. VLAN 99).
Many thanks for some ideas!
Heinz
